Hereby I acknowledge that the PCR test must be performed on an empty stomach of 4 hours, and during this period smoking, tooth brushing, or using any oral disinfectant solution or mouthwash is forbidden.

Medicover shall not be liable for any delay or failure to provide the service if it has occurred for reasons not imputable to Medicover, in particular force majeure (due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control).

I acknowledge that only our clients who meet the following cases and conditions are allowed to come to the individual or group PCR sampling ordered on this online platform:

asymptomatic customers for screening purposes or in case of close contact
asymptomatic CoViD-19 patients at least 10 days after the date of the first positive sampling
CoViD-19 patients who have had symptoms but are no longer under epidemiological surveillance and have been asymptomatic for at least 3 days, and at least 10 days have passed since the symptoms first occurred

I declare, being aware of my responsibility, that the personal data provided by me regarding the ordered individual or group PCR testing are completely accurate. I also declare that I am entitled to process these personal data upon the consent of the persons booked by me for the group testing.

I acknowledge that only clients who meet the following cases and conditions are allowed to come to the individual or group IgG antibody sampling ordered on this online platform:

In case of IgG antibody test to detect a previous coronavirus (CoVid-19) infection: following a coronavirus infection or similar, but not confirmed infection,
in complaint-free and asymptomatic condition.
The test should be performed at least 10 days later than the appearance of the first symptoms of the suspected coronavirus disease. Due to the fact that the immune response may vary from person to person, it may not be detected until later.
In the case of post-vaccination IgG testing: on the basis of current studies, the test gives reliable results if sampling takes place, in the case of two-dose vaccines, at least 1 week after the second vaccination in case of Pfizer, at least 2 weeks in case of Moderna and Astra Zeneca, and at least 3 weeks when it comes to Sputnik, and 4-6 weeks with Sinopharm and single-dose vaccines (Johnson&Johnson).

I further acknowledge that if I do not declare the symptoms or absence of symptoms of coronavirus infection or a previous positive test related to me or to the persons I have booked for group screening, or if I or the persons I booked for group testing appear with symptoms suggestive of infection (fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle pain, loss of taste and smell, or other suspicious symptoms), I am obliged to compensate Medicover Zrt. and third parties for the full damage caused in connection with this breach of obligation.
